Order processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed after the daily cut-off, on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders above ₹499. A ₹49 charge may apply below the threshold. Any applicable fee will be displayed before payment at checkout.
Order tracking
After dispatch, tracking details are sent to your registered email address, mobile number or WhatsApp account. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Address changes
Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Re-shipping charges may apply if an incorrect or incomplete address causes a return.
Delivery attempts
Courier partners generally make two or three delivery attempts. A parcel may be returned if the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery or cannot be contacted.
Delayed shipments
If tracking has not changed for more than three business days, contact us with your order number. We will raise an investigation with the courier partner.
Damaged or tampered parcels
Refuse parcels that appear severely damaged, opened or tampered with. For damage found after opening, contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label and product.
